Really good marinade for the grill!
This marinade has an especially good flavor for the grill. We used it on steak and chicken breast. Both were great! The bottle is too big for one use however so we stuck the leftovers in the freezer and used it up a couple weeks later. Not salty or too highly seasoned so would probably work good on fish also.

Luckily I found that I
could add a little
to the top of my steak
after grilling & get
a much stronger flavor.
A plus for those of us watching
our sugar intake. In addition
it contains healthy spices!
It is just too delicious to
completely omit from our
healthy eating menu!

all package neededApparently the customer below bought Marinade only. You need both Marinade and Grill 'N Dip to make bourbon chicken! The Marinade adds smokey flavor to the meats while Grill 'N Dip adds salty and sweet flavor. I found good cooking tips on the manufacturer's website and recommend all bourbon chicken lovers to take a look.

So glad to find this item online!I had purchased this item at Trader Joes with a slightly different name and with a Trader Joes label. Much to my dismay they stopped carrying it. The ingredients on both bottles are the same even though they were listed in a slightly different order. I'm sure there are many uses but my primary use is as a sauce for my salmon. It makes a regular presentation instantly "gourmet". Everyone who has tasted this absolutely loves it.
